The bodies are made of several layers of cardboard - and of course hot glue; I sculpted the shapes from ©FimoAIR Light(a lightweight air drying polymer-clay), filed and hand-sanded and lastly marked and filed the indentations. Afterwards I glued a piece of thin cardboard and a clip to the bottom of each, before I sealed the surfaces with waterproof wood glue.

To prevent brush strokes/spray paint streaks, save time/money and at the same time create a surface that doesn't reflect flash light but collimate the light in a few particles, I carefully dabbed on acrylic red with a brush(no water, little paint, many layers) and with extreme patience filled the indentations black with fine brush.

Bottom sides painted in the colour of the wig; finished with water- and scratchproof acrylic spray paint.
